Chanel's CC Diamond-Quilted Tassel Crossbody Bag. Released in 1989 - 1991, one can’t miss the iconic design elements that make up a Chanel handbag's DNA – quilted black lambskin leather exterior, gold chain strap and, of course, embossed interlocking CC monogram. But perhaps its most-notable feature is the tassel zipper, a detail from the house’s early 1990s vision under Karl Lagerfeld’s genius creative direction.
